2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 12-18 and their legal guardians. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have the necessary consent from a legal guardian.
3. Services
We offer online educational and training programs for young baseball players. These programs aim to improve their skills and maximize their exposure in the sport.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create a user account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
We accept credit and debit cards and use Stripe as our payment processing platform. Our refund policy is as follows: If you feel like your son isn't more knowledgeable and better prepared to succeed on the field after 3 weeks of the program, we will refund you the amount after deducting a non-refundable deposit.
6. Program Details
Currently, we offer a live online group training program with different levels of service depending on your needs. The program is 6 weeks long, during which the player will have face-to-face sessions with a Major League Baseball All-Star and other experts for approximately 1 hour a week for 6 weeks. The program will also include additional homework assignments. We require that the client has 2 years of baseball experience and is between the ages of 12-18 to participate.
7. Liability and Waiver
We will not be held liable if we cannot secure the client a baseball scholarship. We can only promise to improve the client's chances of developing his baseball skills as well as provide recommendations on how to get additional exposure.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is our property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We will record our sessions and send out the recordings to our existing clients in case they missed the live call, however the client cannot use our content or information for their own business or promotional purposes. It is strictly for their own personal consumption to aid in their development.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any legal proceedings will be held in Hillsborough County, FL.
10. Cancellation and Termination
If the client acts inappropriately during a Zoom session or in the community group chats, they could potentially be removed from the program and/or community chats if we feel it is warranted and we choose to do so. The client will not be refunded any part of the purchase amount for the program due to inappropriate behavior and its negative impact on the program and business.
11. Code of Conduct
Parents and players are expected to behave respectfully and show respect for everyone in the group. The environment will be uplifting and encouraging, meant to support the players positively. Players are expected to hold the highest standard for themselves and refrain from bullying or making fun of another client for any reason. You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using our services. This includes but is not limited to the unauthorized sharing of content, harassment, or any other activities that may disrupt or harm our community.

We collect names, contact information, payment information, as well as personal information about the players to provide personalized services. We treat all of the personal information of our clients with the utmost care and security.
2. Data Retention
We intend to retain the participants' information for a full year to learn from past experiences and continue to provide additional support and better services.
